Premium plum pálinka aged in a new oak barrel, the intense fruit flavour is infused with additional depth of character and herbal and warming cinnamon notes. A refined and complex golden-coloured spirit, this layered drink is best enjoyed on its own or with a glass of black coffee.

Pálinka is Hungary's national spirit, renowned as the ‘queen of all fruit brandies’. It is made from only the ripest, de-stoned fruits, fermented for 10-15 days, and then distilled. Finally, the pálinka is matured in wooden barrels, which infuses it with an additional depth of flavour.

Pálinka is recommended to be served at 16-18 Celsius to maximise its aroma and flavour.
