Bees collect the honey from the flowering blossoms of sweet chestnut trees. It is renowned for its characteristically layered taste of earthy flavours with hints of smoke that make it so unique and sought after, as recognised by the Great Taste Awards. Its moderate sweetness makes it the best choice if you are looking for a less-sweet option compared to most regular honey.
