Apricot (barack) pálinka is an eternal favourite, and this liquid masterpiece has perfectly captured the vibrant aromas of the fully ripened, juicy fruit. With an intense flavour and a delightful jammy character, this charming drink ends with a long lingering finish. Perfect as an aperitif or digestif.
Pálinka is the national spirit of Hungary, renowned as the ‘queen of all fruit brandies’. It is made from only the ripest fruits, which are de-stoned, fermented for 10-15 days, and then distilled. Finally, the pálinka is matured in wooden barrels which infuses it with an additional depth of flavour.
Pálinka is recommended to be served at 16-18 Celsius to maximise its aroma and flavour.

Comments from the Great Taste Judges:
"Bright and crystal clear, this spirit absolutely expresses ripe and juicy, jammy apricots on the nose coupled with a refreshing citric herbaceous back note of lemon-balm. Lightly creamy with a long apricot hazelnut finish. Very elegant and accomplished."
