Barack pálinka is a Hungarian apricot brandy. This liquid masterpiece perfectly captures the vibrant summery aromas of the sun-ripened, juicy fruit. A delicious aperitif or digestif with an intense flavour and a delightful jammy character, the charming drink ends with a lingering fruity finish.

Pálinka is Hungary's national spirit, renowned as the 'queen of all fruit brandies'. It is made from 100% fruit, which is de-stoned, fermented for 10-15 days, and then distilled. Finally, the pálinka is matured in wooden barrels, which infuses it with an additional depth of flavour.

Pálinka is recommended to be served at 16-18 Celsius to maximise its aroma and flavour.
