What is Acacia Honey?

Raw acacia honey is collected by bees from the fragrant flowers of wild acacia trees. Our expert beekeeper then gently harvests it fresh from the hive to bring you a runny honey with a rich blossom aroma and a naturally sweet taste.

It has a more characteristic and delicate flavour with distinct floral notes, compared to the more robust taste of normal wildflower honey. Hungary is renowned as the country producing the best quality acacia honey in the world, and ours has received the maximum of three stars at the prestigious Great Taste Awards.

How can I eat it?

The golden honey is perfect drizzled over toast, porridge or yoghurt for a delicious start to your day, or add it to shakes and smoothies for an infusion of flavour and a healthy boost of energy. Its consistency makes it ideal for cooking and baking, and you can use it as a substitute for sugar in a variety of recipes, or add it to coffee or tea for a moment of bliss. It will also elevate your cheese boards to new gastronomic levels, pairing perfectly with a slice of Camembert.

The honey is also available with a piece of chewy, moreish honeycomb for a crunchy, gourmet treat.
