The Zollai family has been producing premium goose and duck delicacies since 1980. In his youth, founder James spent years in France learning from the masters of his craft. On his return to Hungary, he combined the modern French approach with hand-picked Hungarian ingredients and traditional expertise, creating a range of gourmet treats with a thoroughly cosmopolitan flavour profile. Their products are ever-present in European fine dining restaurants and are now available to the broader public for the first time. The highest quality is guaranteed by a meticulous dedication to the finest detail, beginning with the rearing of happy, healthy animals and culminating in an artisan production based on a secret recipe known to this day by only James himself. He is assisted in the day-to-day running of the business by his three daughters, who each oversee a crucial part of the process, ensuring that the Zollai family guarantees each product's credential from farm to fork.
