Zwack szilva pálinka is a slivovitz plum brandy. A certified kosher alcoholic liqueur perfect for celebrating Passover or drinking the Kiddush on Shabbat.

The plum brandy is made from only the ripest fruits, which are carefully de-stoned, fermented for 10-15 days, and then distilled. The entire production from harvest to bottling follows strict rules and is overseen by a member of the Hungarian Jewish Orthodox Church, who provide its kosher certification.
