A vineyard-selection Tokaji Furmint from the premier cru of Mandulás, this is a refined and elegant volcanic vintage.
The wine was aged for six months in new, medium-toast oak barrels for added depth and complexity.
A fragrant nose of vibrant citrus fruits and apple notes. The palate is intense with flavours of apple, pear and stone fruit. The Furmint grapes provide a searing acidic backbone, leading to a mineral finish.
Food Pairing
Serve with roasted vegetables, pheasant or grilled fish. Pair it with smoked cheese like a traditional smoked parenica or try it alongside traditional charcuterie.
