Zwack szilva pálinka is a Hungarian plum brandy with a rich fruity flavour. It is prepared according to kosher rules and certified by the Orthodox Church.

Pálinka is the national spirit of Hungary, renowned as the ‘queen of all fruit brandies’. It is made from only the ripest fruits, which are de-stoned, fermented for 10-15 days, and then distilled. Finally, the pálinka is matured in wooden barrels which infuses it with an additional depth of flavour.

Pálinka is recommended to be served at 16-18 Celsius to maximise its aroma and flavour.
