An elegant, medium bodied Cabernet Franc, created from hand-picked, organically cultivated grapes and with a bio-dynamic approach to winemaking. The nose is highly complex and best after decantation. Aromas of oak, cedar, plums, red fruits and florality all interplay, while earthy tones interlink throughout. The complexity of the bouquet carries onto the palate with the addition of sour cherry and an increasing minerality. With a medium to high acidity and intricate flavours, this is a perfect gastronomic wine.
The acidity and tannins in the wine would lead it to pair well with rich curried dishes, while Goulash would pair with the acidity and earthiness. Vinegar based BBQ dishes cooked over wood or coal would also work very well.
