Sparkling wine created by the classical Méthode traditionnelle, medium bodied with fine perlage and high carbonation. Yellow citrus, apple and yellow pear on the nose. The 20 months lees ageing shows itself with a touch of herbaceousness in the background. Citrus and apple aromas with a clear minerality coming through on the palate, which is also showing some yeasty characteristics.

Expats Susann and Ralf combine their love of the environment and love of fine wine to grow their grapes in a fully natural manner. They treat their vineyard as a living and breathing ecosystem, looking out for the entire flora and fauna of the area to maintain its organic balance. As a result, nature’s perfection shines through in every bottle.
