Meet the Producer
Alaplé Bár (Bone Borth Bar) was founded in 2018 by dietetician Éva Király. Industrially-made mass-produced modern foods strip out the most valuable nutrients from our diet, but it can be time-consuming to cook everything from scratch. Her solution was to create a range of bone broths, made with premium quality meaty bones from free-range, healthy animals, which are combined with fresh vegetables, herbs and spices, and are cooked low and slow for a minimum of 15 hours to retain and draw-out nature's goodness from these ingredients.
