This is an easy-drinking, medium-bodied sweet Merlot, with a beautiful, deep ruby-garnet colour. Deep, warm nose shows ripe fruit, a hint of chocolate, and aromas of cinnamon, cloves and black pepper. The smoky, mature flavours of the palate create an intriguing contrast with the sweetness of the wine. Ripe cherries and strawberries, and an intense smoky, cedar wood finish.
