Beautiful, pale ruby colour and perfumed nose with slowly developing aromas of berries and fresh sour cherries. Fairly low in alcohol and light on the palate, but with a firm structure and delicate acidity. A finish of red fruits, accompanied by the zesty flavour of fresh Kadarka grapes. A gentle and restrained wine with lots of freshness.
Food Pairing Recommendation
Goes well with pork dishes, such as a tenderloin with shiitake mushrooms, or try it with Bombay potatoes or semi-hard cheeses including Cheddar and Red Leicester.
