Vineyard selection dry white wine made from hand-harvested grapes cultivated in the historical Premier Cru of Betsek. The perfectly ripe bunches were fermented and aged in a new oak barrel, making this a very special vintage. An elegant wine with refined acids, the aromas of lime blossom and honey are rounded out by a delicate oak character and notes of vanilla on the palate.


Food Pairing

Serve with roast, poultry, fish, sushi and pasta. If you are preparing a cheese board, pair it with medium hard cheese including Edam, Emmental, Gruyere and Gouda.
