Deep gold colour, opulent nose with honey and apricot jam. Silky texture on palate, a creamy and mouth-filling wine which is at the same time easy-drinking as very low in alcohol. Notes of figs, honey and sweet spice, followed by a long finish.

Food pairing recommendation: This Aszú is the ultimate dessert wine, perfect on its own or served with cakes and patisserie, especially fruit cakes. But we highly recommend trying it with savoury dishes, and not only the classic pairings with goose liver or blue cheese but also with spicy Asian dishes or creamy risottos.
