Tokaji Wine Vinegar fermented from Muscatel
The Muscatel wine has an aristocratic character, and the floral notes are well balanced with fruit flavours. The golden yellow vinegar finishes with a long and elegant aftertaste. The manufacturer consciously chooses barrels which have been used for maturing Tokaji Aszú wine for a couple of years. The wine vinegars are then matured in these oak barrels and during this time a complete harmony of flavours and aromas develops.
This vinegar won the Superior Taste Award 2012 in Brussels.
The 2016 Bocuse d'Or European Champion, Tamás Széll, used this product in his signature dish. Ideal in salads, with steamed vegetables or marinating fish and meat. If you use this product, you will find that you need to use less salt and seasoning in your dishes.
There are no additives, nor preservatives in these wine vinegars.
