Tokaj Wine Jelly with Truffles
Truffles are the most delicious of mushrooms, and thanks to their unique and fragrant flavours they can be used to improve and enhance a wide variety of dishes. We paired the “black diamonds of the kitchen” with the Royal Tokaji Wine, a “wine that would make angels sing out loud in praise”. The final result is a truly unique, premium quality jelly.
Suggestions for use:
With goose liver or poultry dishes such as chicken, goose or duck breast. With cold cuts of meat, salamis, ham, etc. With cheese: especially blue cheese and Camembert.
With milk curd desserts and with cakes. In fillings, on top of creams, in chocolate mousse or sauces. In vanilla sauces or red fruit sauces, in sorbets, ice cream, waffles, doughnuts, pastries. With fresh fruit and nuts.
