Tokaj Wine Jelly with Black Truffle 50g
Truffles are the most delicious of mushrooms, and thanks to their unique and fragrant flavours they can be used to improve and enhance a wide variety of dishes. We paired the “black diamonds of the kitchen” with the Royal Tokaji Wine, a “wine that would make angels sing out loud in praise”. The final result is a truly unique, premium quality jelly.
This product is free from artificial colours and preservatives. It is GMO, gluten and lactose free. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Suggestions for use:
With goose liver or poultry dishes such as chicken, goose or duck breast. With cold cuts of meat, salamis, ham, etc. With cheese: especially blue cheese and Camembert.
