Sour cherry pálinka created from the finest fruit bursting with flavour, using a traditional recipe. A sip of this treasured elixir will make the the Hungarian countryside come alive in your mouth, revealing a layered world of fruity aromas that only the finest liquors can evoke.
Pálinka is the national drink of Hungary, renowned as the ‘queen of all fruit brandies’. It is made from only the ripest fruits, which are de-stoned and then fermented for 10-15 days, and then distilled. Finally, the pálinka is matured in wooden barrels which imbues it with additional flavour and colour.
Pálinka is recommended to be served at 18-23 Celsius to maximise its aroma and flavour.
It won Silver medal at the 2017 International Wine and Spirit Competition.
It received 1 Star at the 2018 Great Taste Award.
