BALASSA Tokaji Late Harvest Cuvée 2017 'Sweet Love' 0.375l:

Rich and medium bodied late harvest sweet wine from hand-harvested berries, with a silky mouthfeel. An explosive nose of lemon rind, quince, pear and dried apricots, all tied together with a honeysuckle florality and background notes of tropical fruits. The palate boasts a rich denseness with a precise balance and a finely poised acidity. A continuation of the bouquet can be found on the palate with an addition of a flinty minerality.

The wine comes with a limited edition, romantically themed label, making it a perfect gift for that special someone in your life.

Try as an accompaniment to Asian fusion dishes, air-dried ham and of course desserts. It goes very well with blue cheese including Gorgonzola, Stilton and Roquefort, as well as charcuterie.
