Made from organically cultivated grapes, this sophisticated Furmint impresses straight away with a pure and expressive nose of fragrant green apples, and that lovely honeyed character typical of Riesling. Not by coincidence, as Furmint is a central European cousin of the famed old-world grape variety. Bone dry palate driven by elegant minerality and citrus fruit. Dynamic, well-integrated acidity and excellent length with lingering green apple and pebbly mineral notes. A mouth-coating, serious wine with great structure and real depth, expressive of the unique volcanic terroir of the Tokaj region.

Food Pairing Recommendation

    Try with poultry and seafood or an Asian noodle bowl. Will uplift any green salad or mezze plate, and goes well with washed-rind cheeses such as Appenzeller, Linburger or Taleggio.
