A salmon coloured dry rosé sparkling wine with cherry, raspberry and strawberry in the nose. This is echoed by the fruitiness of red berries on the palate. Its alcohol and acid content is perfectly balanced, while the bubbles turn this into a really vivid and highly drinkable wine.

This rosé sparkling wine makes for a perfect aperitif, or experience it alongside seafood, spicy Asian entrées or creamy sauces. Pair it with feta, ricotta, mascarpone or mozzarella to create a memorable cheese board.

About the Producer
The multi-generational Frittmann winery is run by brothers and James and Stephen, carrying on the family traditional in the Great Hungarian Planes. They have achieved the two most prestigious recognitions in Hungary, becoming Winemaker of the Year in 2007 and Winery of the Year in 2015.
