Tasting Notes

A light-bodied dry white wine with a lemon colour. It has a fragrant nose of white flowers, accompanied by intense aromas of pear, apple and peach. With a playful acidity and a fruity flavour, this is an easy-drinking wine to lift your mood.

Food Pairing Recommendation

It is perfect with poultry and fish dishes as well as light salads or even a sandwich. It makes for a delightful spritzer in summertime. Pair it with feta, ricotta, mascarpone or mozzarella to create a memorable cheese board.

About the Producer

The multi-generational Frittmann winery is run by brothers and James and Stephen, carrying on the family traditional in the Great Hungarian Planes. They have achieved the two most prestigious recognitions in Hungary, becoming Winemaker of the Year in 2007 and Winery of the Year in 2015.
