A méthode traditionnelle Tokay dry champagne (sparkling wine) with a pale hay yellow hue. Appealing notes of apple and pear complemented by a classic yeast character. The aromas typical of the Hárslevelű grapes and those of the méthode champenoise are beautifully melded, with a firm beam of acidity enlivening the palate. This is an attractive light sparkling wine, with a rich mousse and aromas of tree fruits and citrus.
Food Pairing Recommendation
This dry sparking wine is a great example of the virtues of the traditional style, making it the perfect choice for special occasions. It is also our recommend drink accompaniment to go along with our Great Taste Award winner Siberian Sturgeon Caviar, for a truly divine pairing.
