"Delightful on the palate, with soft acidity and pleasing complexity. The balance of sweet and sour notes is just right, with the taste of the sweet-sharp raspberries developing slowly on the palate. It is smooth and mellow with a long fruity finish, leaving lingering notes of raspberry. Wonderfully fragrant and would add layers to any dish or drink - so versatile. We can imagine this sprinkled over berries, as well as in savoury contexts - in a salad with fresh goat's cheese, for example."
