The lavender presence is delightfully delicate. A really perfect balance of acidity, sweetness and depth of orchard fruit, a hint of pear skin with the intrigue of lavender as a teasing background note. An astonishing achievement we felt and an irresistible sip.
The vinegar is sweet - with a sharp tang that is rounded and with a softened edge of floral seasoning. We feel this is very drinkable, with soda or prosecco or just fizzy water. A very refreshing and complex product which provides such a journey around the palate.
This is a complex product which has been very cleverly formulated and carefully made - makes a dressing all on its own without the need for oil. Simply exquisite.
