Truffle Honey 220g

Truffle honey is a luxurious gourmet condiment made by infusing golden acacia honey with aromatic black summer truffle slices, best enjoyed with cheese. The honey’s delicate floral notes perfectly complement the deep, earthy fragrance of the finest truffles.

Truffle-infused honey pairs particularly well with strong blue cheese and brie. You can also prepare a mouth-watering truffle dressing for salads and roast meat by mixing it with truffle mustard. Or why not create an indulgent breakfast treat by drizzling it over fresh toast, flaky croissants or buttery scones?

The truffles are foraged for by abandoned dogs, trained by an animal rescue charity.
