A medium-bodied dry red wine from the world-renowned wine region of Szekszárd, showcasing the exciting acids of the Blaufränkisch grapes, as well as the inherent lightness characteristic of this unique terroir. A fruity and clear nose with hints of violet flowers. Palate rich in tannins, with aromas of black cherry and rum. With a tight structure and a long finish, this is a delicious choice.

Food Pairing Recommendation

It goes very well with roast chicken, duck and pheasant, as well as with grilled vegetables. Pair it with semi-hard cheese like Cheddar, Pecorino or Red Leicester for a memorable experience.

About the Producer

The Eszterbauer winery is now run by the tenth generation of the family, with a deep-seated respect for traditions forming the bedrock of their approach.
