Tasting Notes

Beautiful, pale ruby colour with slowly developing aromas of plum and fresh fruits. Seemingly light, but with a firm character, almost raisin like but without its sweetness and delicate acids. A finish of sour fruits, accompanied by the zestiness of the fresh Kadarka grapes.

Food Pairing Recommendation

It goes very well with pork dishes like a tenderloin with shiitake mushrooms, or try it with steak, lamb and semi-hard cheese including Cheddar and Red Leicester.

Serving temperature: 14-16°C
