An organic dry rosé wine made from the native Kékfrankos grape. Light salmon pink in colour, with an expressive nose full of sweet strawberry and beguiling candy aromas. The sweet fruitiness of strawberry and red fruit returns on the palate, supported by gentle but solid acidity. The intense minerality of the finish makes this an elegant and refined rosé, not just for warm summer evenings.
Try with white fish, salads and light pasta dishes, or serve alongside fresh cheese such as Feta and Halloumi, or a creamy Camembert.
Serving temperature: 12°C

A lovely juxtaposition of zingy redcurrants, cranberries and ripe creaminess, with silky texture giving a summer fruit compote finish.

Dobosi Winery,Balaton Wine Region - Protected Designation of Origin (PDO)
The Dobosi family started cultivating grapevines in 1721. With the tradition of winemaking passing from father to son, you can now taste 300 years of expertise. The family works 26.5 hectares in the picturesque Nivegy Valley just north of Lake Balaton, selectively hand-harvesting the ripe fruit. All of their grapes are organically grown, and they only use natural methods in the vinification process. Made with native grape varieties uniquely suited to the local soil and microclimate, each bottle of Dobosi wine captures the essence of the sunny Balaton Uplands.
