Smooth mustard with some mushroom pieces, we loved the aroma, colour and texture.
This is lovely on the nose, sweet and aromatic and warmingly rich. The flavour is balanced, with heat from the mustard, a distinct but restrained acidity and a comforting sweet spiciness. A lovely mustard.
