"Soft mousse consistency. Interesting flavour profile with the mustard coming through first and the tarragon following. Quite mild mustard flavour, well-rounded with a good balance of sweetness. Great as an accompaniment as well as an ingredient which could be added to dressings. Can just imagine this with a lovely bratwurst - lovely, natural colour and a touch of tarragon on the nose"
