Tokaji Aszú, a premium quality sweet white wine, has been drunk around the courts of Europe since the middle ages. Its unparalleled flavour and aromas have even led the 'Sun King' himself, Louis XIV, to exclaim it as the "king of wines and the wine of kings". A 6 Puttonyos Tokaji Aszú is the world's most complex, natural sweet wine.

Rich, concentrated and characteristic sweet white wine, well-balanced with a silky smooth texture. Opulent and weighty nose of honey, dried fruits, currants and sweet spices. Having spent so long ageing in a barrel, it is highly recommended to give this Aszú some time to aerate, allowing the aromas to unfold. Notes of figs, fallen leaves and apricot on the palate, culminating in a long finish.
Food Pairing Recommendation
The ultimate dessert wine, perfect on its own or when partnered with cakes and patisserie, especially fruit cakes. It is also our recommended drink of choice to go with goose liver. To prepare a delicious cheese board, serve it with blue cheese including Gorgonzola, Stilton and Roquefort.
Serving temperature: 11-14°C
