Lecsó - Pepper Stew 720ml

Lecsó is a traditional Hungarian pepper stew and this base sauce is made by slowly cooking home-grown tomato and red bell peppers with a pinch of salt.

The Lecsó is ready to serve from the bottle. For an authentic experience, dice a medium brown onion and cook until translucent, then add the sauce, slices of Hungarian chorizo, and a couple of eggs and let it simmer for 5-8 minutes until all the flavors combine. Serve with fluffy white rice or tarhonya pasta.
